Juneteenth Celebration at Temple Art Lofts Brings Art, Poetry, and Music to Downtown Vallejo

You are invited to celebrate Juneteenth through art and cultural expression! The Temple Art Lofts gallery doors will be open with this special Juneteenth Art Exhibit on Saturday, June 20th during the Juneteenth Parade and Festival.

This free event will feature a dynamic exhibition of local artists that honors the spirit, history, and continuing legacy of Juneteenth. The event offers an opportunity to experience diverse artistic voices while connecting with the rich cultural heritage that Juneteenth represents.

Community members of all ages are welcome to attend. Admission is free.

Step into a world of imagination with Fantasy, a captivating group exhibition showcasing the vibrant talent of our local creative community. Now showing through June 2026, Fantasy brings together a diverse collection of works from talented local artists. The show offers a unique opportunity to explore surreal landscapes, whimsical characters, and dreamlike visions right in the heart of downtown. Among the featured artists is legendary musician Jerry Garcia of the Grateful Dead, whose visual art provides a glimpse into the storied creative legacy associated with the Bay Area.

Come view the exhibition, enjoy the community atmosphere, and support the local arts scene. Regular open hours are Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm, except on the 2nd Friday open 5 pm to 9 pm during Vallejo 2nd Friday Artwallk.
