Artwalk Microgrant
We’re thrilled to announce a new round of vendor microgrants – our way of celebrating the artists who make Artwalk so special every month!
The $100 microgrant is being offered to eligible vending artists on the 600 & 700 block of Marin Street during the Friday October 9, 2026 Artwalk event.
Eligibility requirements:
Display own creative work
Register at Artwalk table before 5 pm, table located on 700 block Marin street near corner of Virginia & Marin
Be fully set up by 5 pm
Remain through 8 pm minimum
Set up on 600 or 700 block Marin St. (between Georgia and Capitol Sts.)
Be present to receive microgrant
Food and drink vendors are not eligible.
Funding for the Artwalk Microgrant has been provided by the North Bay Arts Fund. Eligibility determined at funder’s discretion.
Explore captivating works inspired by the natural world. Jaguar Azul by Sal Garcia and Inspirations by Caroline Takeda and Linda Baehr are now showing at City Arts Gallery. The art exhibit has been extended through October.
The recently recorded Artist Talk with Sal Garcia from the August 14th opening reception discusses the meaning behind his works and explores meaningful Mesoamerican cultural references in an engaging discussion with the audience.
